We urge agencies to call the ViCAP tip line at 1-800-634-4097 or email vicap@fbi.gov. Call your local FBI field offices or local police departments to report information that may be connected to a crime of this nature. Agencies will be able to close some of their cold cases if they commit to thoroughly search their case files. ViCAP continues to offer assistance in that effort as well as analytical support on other serial cases. All of ViCAP’s services are free of charge and are available to any law enforcement agency in the country.
